The Citizens Campaign Founder Harry Pozycki appeared on the News 12 New Jersey talk show “Power & Politics” to talk with anchor Eric Landskroner about The Civic Challenge and The Civic Pledge. Pozycki discussed the early days of the Campaign and what inspired The Civic Challenge. People are exiting the political arena at an alarming rate, Pozycki said The Civic Challenge is meant to “pull people off the sidelines, leave their passive posture and frustration behind and join a community of problem solvers.” He noted the increasingly hostile presidential campaign and how people are loosing enthusiasm about the integrity of institutions.
